I need Witnesses “Road to a six pack, less traveled” Week 3
To go where you’ve never gone you need to do what you’ve never done
They say numbers don’t lie, but I don’t know about that. I weighed myself twice yesterday because I could not believe the first number.
First scale was 176lb, and the second scale was 170lb. So, I don’t know if I
gained 3lbs or lost 3lbs, but I feel like I lost it. I worked even harder in
week 3, jogged 6 days, I ate 4 times a day, and added 300 crunches. That 176lb
pissed me off; forget numbers I want to see result. I am so tired of seeing
this gut. I really need to cut out these damn carbs.yes""> I really didn’t want to post this picture. Week 3 will be
nothing, if God is willing I will run 7 days this week and get to 1000 crunches
a day and maybe I will cut out the pasta, I don’t know about that because my
favorite restaurant is Olive Garden. I have to throw in that the work is not hard;
it’s being consistent, focus, and discipline. It’s like Nike, Just do it. Or
just start.. See you next week, Grrr
