What I admire most about an individual is their discipline, in all aspects of life. Yesterday
I went to Publix Supermarket and I stepped on the scale to weigh myself and to
my surprise I was 176lb. I don’t
like that number, last time I weighed myself I was 165lb. I believe I went as
low as 160lb. Now let’s get serious, I need to get back on track. I need
discipline, focus and a new approach. So, I began to talk to people who are in
excellent shape and they all have one thing in common. They all take protein
shakes. These protein shakes build up your muscles, help you loose weight, and gain
more energy. My understanding, one can’t work out without it. Right away I purchased this protein
powder. Also the sales person who was very helpful gave me this muscle body
magazine. In the magazine, there was an article, 10 ways to loose body fat. I
don’t want to bore you but one way was to eat 6 times a day. This will build up
your metabolism. I currently eat only 2 times a day. Okay I got the
information, the protein shakes, and now the discipline and focus. I feel that
my entire life is in these blogs and I wanted witnesses for this journey. I’m
thinking about making this a series and blog about it once a week on my
progress or lack of. I was thinking about posting a picture of my gut. I
believe this will help my focus, opinions and comments are also helpful, both
good and bad. Okay, wish me luck, I’m off.
