LG.  Can you tell us a little bit about yourself? (Age, location, how did you get started)

LEESH.  Hello My names Elisha Jade but everyone calls me Leesh, I am a model from Birmingham I am not only a model.... I am a makeup artist, designer and  have my own website called www.iloveleesh.com but apart from that I am a normal fun loving tom boy who likes nothing more than being with my friends and family. Being around them keeps me grounded and down to earth.

LG.  Five years from now, where do you see yourself?

LEESH.  Who knows.... What I do as a job has a shelf life so I wont be doing this forever so its a case of striking while the iron is hot but In 5 years....Id say settled down with my 4 kids and husband :) with all my animals

LG.  What Type of Model would you be considered?

LEESH.  I am not too sure as I do a fair few different styles but I love any thing different n creative.

LG. What is a big pet peeve of yours from the industry?

LEESH.  The biggest I would say is the fact being a model and being female people try and take advantage of my good nature and assume I am dumb lol so they approach me the complete wrong way..... let’s face it..... its all one big giant game and people try and dangle a carrot in front of you.... its a race to see who can get to the top for success and money....with that comes crooks, lies and fake people to be fair it is very scary at times as safety always seems to be an issue.

LG.  What’s the secret of you looking always glamorous?

LEESH.  Well good genes lol but I don’t smoke I don’t drink much....... lots of sleep and drink lots of water.... I try and get 7/8 hours sleep a night but lol that never happens in my house lol its carnage all the time and my cat wakes me up at 6 for her breakfast.

LG.  Can you tell us and some of the challenges that you have came across?

LEESH.  SO so so many I could write a book

LG.  What are some of your greatest achievements thus far?

LEESH.  UMMMMM that’s a good one .... I still feel its yet to come

LG.  What is your ultimate goal for your career?

LEESH.  To be successful and to build my brand up ..... I would love try acting, music and to get my clothing label up and running

LG. Question, all the guys want to know… Are you single?

LEESH.  Yes lol Have been for 4 years now

LG.  What advice do you have for young women, trying to get in the industry?

LEESH.  I would say the best thing to do it research..... photographers, models and agencies...always ask questions.....Have a goal in what you want as being a model you have to give your all or the next girl will replace you its sad but it is dog eat dog....when new models come to me for advice I give as much as possible to them as I would hate for them to go through the same drama's that I have had to go through.
