Why is it so hard to lose weight? I know what I have to do to get results, but staying motivated is not easy. Trying to manage work, home, baby, husband, not the easiest task. Making time for myself would be a nice, but where to start? Before baby I was able to work out with no one to interrupt, trying to work out with a baby into everything, NOT POSSIBLE. Hubby thinks its so easy just to add to schedule, how is that possible? I am on a schedule from the time I leave work till i go to bed.… Continue

It has been a challenge to balance motherhood, working full-time and being a supportive wife. But through trial an error it is getting a little easier. Still running around trying new techniques,and schedule constantly changing. Haven't lost my mind yet, almost their :) trying to be that perfect woman.
