FaceBook Mash up my life.
One day I stumbled across my girlfriends’ blackberry and inside I see an email from one of her friends on facebook. I guess every comment or email that is sent to you on facebook, also goes directly to your main email account or smart phone. The email said “I can’t meet with you, because I don’t want to hurt you” along with other flirtatious comments. As I am reading this, my hand starts to shake. I am in great disbelief. How could she do this? The water turned off (shower) and the door opens. Explain this, I said to her. She was shocked, and caught. She started to tremble and says “it’s nothing”, explain this, once again I said. She begins to cry and pleads that she is sorry and they were just chatting on facebook, we use to know each other in elementary school. She said she was not going to do anything and she didn’t do anything. Then, why the cyber sex or sex-texting as they call it. It’s nothing she says. Get your stuff and go. I kicked her Ass out my house. She can’t be trusted, she has to go. I told my co-worker about the situation and he immediately dismissed it. Man, that’s nothing. He said she didn’t meet with him, call him, or sleep with him. This sex-texting, everybody is doing it. It does not mean anything. She just got caught up into it, he says. My wife found a message from facebook and I told her that I had no intensions of doing anything with her. She flirted with me and I flirted back. I am not going to act on it and I don’t think anyone takes it seriously. I said the guy took it seriously because he wants to meet up with her. He said, that does not mean she took it seriously, she didn’t meet up with him. He ask me, what did I do?, I told him, I kick her out. Man I was married before. He had a look of disbelief, Over that he said. Trust me, it is not that serious, just tell her not to talk to him anymore and stop the sex-texting, and move on. He convinced me, maybe I overreacted. I decided to take her back. Then he said, I hope you didn’t pissed her off into the other guys arms. What, I said. You kicked her out, it’s over in her eyes. Now she is vulnerable and the other guy can prowl over that. I immediately called her and told her, that I overreacted and I was sorry, come back and we could talk. She said, she was busy right now and we could talk later.
To be continued.
